1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jk222 website accessible at jk222.onl, including all pages, subpages, features, games, betting markets, and payment interfaces operated under that domain.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a bet through the jk222 platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all open bets will be voided, and any deposited funds (net of bonus amounts received) will be returned to the funding source.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account information promptly if any detail changes. jk222 may suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

2.5 Account Verification. jk222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide identification documents — including a national ID, passport, or utility bill — before making a withdrawal or at any other time jk222 deems it necessary. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Management

3.1 Credentials and Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jk222 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. jk222 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.2 Suspicious Activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jk222 support immediately at [email protected]. jk222 will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing.

3.3 Account Inactivity. An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months or more. jk222 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your jk222 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the funding source following verification of identity. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to the player's jk222 account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. jk222 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or network congestion.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by jk222's payments team. Standard processing time for mobile wallet withdrawals is 15 minutes to 2 hours during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. jk222 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method not registered in your own name is prohibited. jk222 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending investigation where it suspects funds may have originated from a third party.

4.6 No Fees from jk222. jk222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jk222 accepts no responsibility.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by jk222. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. jk222 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion — including, without limitation, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. jk222 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific players without prior notice.

5.3 Voided Bets. jk222 may void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: palpable errors in odds pricing, technical malfunctions, event cancellation, match abandonment, or where it is determined that a bet was placed as part of a fraudulent activity. Voided bets result in the stake being returned to the player's account balance.

5.4 Responsible Use of Betting Markets. Arbitrage betting, syndicated betting operations, and any systematic approach designed to exploit pricing errors are prohibited. jk222 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts engaged in such activity.

5.5 Sports Betting — Live Markets. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and resumption at any time during an event at jk222's discretion. Once a bet is confirmed on a live market, it stands regardless of subsequent market suspension unless jk222 determines that the odds at the time of placement were materially incorrect.

5.6 Casino and Slots Games. Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Historical results have no influence on future outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from the respective game provider.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by jk222 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence over these general terms for bonus-related matters only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the combined deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per promotion). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports bets and specific game types may have different contribution percentages as indicated in the specific bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. jk222 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.4 One Bonus Per Household / Device. Promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per device. jk222 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus where it determines that multiple accounts at the same address or using the same device have claimed the same promotion.

6.5 Abuse of Promotions. jk222 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits, void related winnings, and close accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements.

6.6 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. jk222 is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. We offer a suite of tools designed to help players manage their activity, accessible directly from the account settings panel without requiring a support interaction.

7.2 Self-Management Tools. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; enable session time alerts; request a cooling-off period; or apply a self-exclusion of any duration. Deposit limits may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory review period. Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot be reversed before expiry.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account for any individual person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.

• Attempting to access or use another player's account without their explicit authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jk222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jk222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Where jk222's liability to you cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, jk222's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Betting Losses. jk222 is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of placing bets on the Platform. Betting involves risk and outcomes are not guaranteed. You accept that all bets are placed at your own risk.

10.5 Third-Party Services. The Platform incorporates games, payment processing, and other services provided by third parties. jk222 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of these third-party providers.

11 Privacy and Data

12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, jk222 reserves the right to void any pending bets and forfeit any bonus balance. 13 Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jk222 is incorporated as an offshore platform. jk222 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any Bangladeshi court for the purposes of these terms, except to the extent required by mandatory local law.
